AVA is pleased to welcome our new President, Martina Jelley, MD, MSPH, MACP! Dr. Jelley is a Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, the Julian Rothbaum Chair in Community Health Research, and the Assistant Dean for Clinical Research at the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She co-founded the Trauma Informed Health Care Education and Research (TIHCER) collaborative, which originally began as an AVA affinity group and had its first in-person meeting at the 2018 AVA Global Health Summit.
