For more than three decades, James R. Marsh has been one of the nation’s leading advocates for victims of child sexual abuse, in all its forms.
In founding the Children’s Law Center in Washington, D.C., he has made possible free legal representation to more than 50,000 vulnerable and at-risk children, valued at more than $125 million. He helped to shape national policies affecting child welfare, abuse prevention, education, mental health, and family stability. He is nationally recognized for pioneering litigation involving social media platforms and online exploitation.
